Our Teacher Profile
Photography Instructor - Kanishka Sonnadana
A wildlife enthusiast when I was young, I learned that photographs were a great way to see the world around me even when I wasn't there. Now a professional photographer who has captured images of everything from wildlife, cultures, fashion, products, and people (even babies) I can say that it was the art of photography that I really enjoyed. Being able to share places, things, moments, with friends and family is a joy that never dulls. With the availability of so many tools of photography in our society today, everyone has the opportunity to enjoy and cherish the joys photography can offer; you just have to gather a little knowledge and understand photography and it's tools. As your instructor, I hope you join this course out of curiosity, and leave with a sense of accomplishment and wonderment about how the right information can go a long way!

Yoga Instructor - Emilie Closs  RYT, Hot Stone Massage & Reiki Practitioner, Birth Doula
I began yoga practice when I was 16 years old and found that it assisted me a great deal during my high school years. This is why I enjoy teaching yoga to not just adults but children and teenagers. Providing them with the tools of yoga and introducing them to meditation. I love working with kids and like to provide them with a fun and educating yoga atmosphere. I also specialize in Pre and Post Natal yoga. I love working with mom's and their beautiful belly's and providing them with supporting and nurturing yoga classes. I am a Certified Doula, assisting expecting mothers/parents during labour. Four years ago I experienced having an Ovarian Tumour, since then I have moved forward even more with my yoga practice. I received my training to teach and enjoy bringing yoga into people live because it was also very healing for myself four years ago.

Kids Science Instructor - Dr. Alina S. Kotler & Team
I started my scientific career back in 1995, when I graduated from Technion - Israeli Institute of Technology. I got my M.Sc. and Ph.D in molecular biology within the same institution. I made my postdoctoral training at the Sick Children Hospital, Toronto. Along with scientific research my academic career involved development and teaching of science programs. The audience varied from elementary school students to medical doctors. The reason I have pursued a career in science was my desire to explore life through research. I am a mother of two daughters. While being a parent, I discovered my second passion in life- to teach and design scientific programs for young children. With that... Chamelea Center was created - a 'first ever' enrichment program that balances science, art and music.
